EVIDENCE 4: WEEKLY GROUP PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT MEETINGS

 

 

Objective: This is to show all the motivational handouts being taught to the involved participants weekly in order to increase and empower their mental state while going through physical body image change.

 

 

Evidence Overview:

     The weekly group support meetings aims to teach and create more awareness of how to build a relationship and connection between the mind and body fitness during the program. This meeting was incorporated and accompanied with the program after the daily workout sessions where all participants were required to attend the meetings. The pictures below are the copy of the handouts given to all the participants each week. This handouts were passed out in the group meetings and which I later analyzed. After I go over the weekly handouts, the participants are expected to take home the handouts in order to study, review and reference back to it for better understanding. There are also practice exercise administered along with the weekly handout. Participants are also expected to answer the questions and hand them back to us for evaluation and assessment.
