EVIDENCE 2: TO SHOW EACH PARTICIPANT'S WEEKLY WORKOUT PROGRESS REPORT
Objective: This aims to show participants weekly workout progress in the weight room evaluated by my internship supervisor at the end of the semester.
Evidence Overview:
The table charts below are the daily progress of each individuals in the weight room organized in an excel format based on the participants weekly progress exercises from week one down to the last week (week ten). This was evaluated by my internship supervisor at the end of the semester. They show the final progress report throughout the whole program together at the end of the program to show the participants how they developed a change in their weight, strength, endurance and tolerance levels in the weight room. Each participant were required to fill out five different workout progress sheet that was given to them at the beginning of the semester to keep track of their weight, capacity and progress levels each day as they came in for their workout session. So after my co-worker Julie Gastall compiled up each of the participants scores, we were able to see how much all the participants developed a change in their strength intensity and also a significant progress in general pertaining the programs effectiveness on each individual.
